This is why the introduction is often referred to as the meat of the article. You can set your ideas out in a very short paragraph, but it is usually wise to take it to a few paragraphs at a time.The beginning portion is where the essay begins, and this is where the rest of the essay will be based on. If you are using the active voice, your paragraphs will include verbs such as was, saw, or came about. The passive voice does not include verbs and instead uses past tense verbs. If you are using the passive voice, you need to make sure that you stress the last word and not the first.The second most important part of the essay is the conclusion. When you have laid out all of your ideas in a way that makes them clear, make sure that you tie up the conclusion. This can be the most important part of the whole essay. If you get it wrong, the entire purpose of the introduction will have been spoiled.
